If an application is made relating to an estate that is involved in a court action where no administrator or executor has been appointed and there is no family member/heir, the Public Guardian and Trustee may be served with notice of the application under Estate Administration Act* s. 7 or 41 *This fee applies for deaths occurring before March 31, 2014.
