Make a referral without an account - test
You can make referrals to the PGT without an account, but you won't be able to save drafts. Make sure you have all the information you need before you begin.

Start formWhen a person dies, the named executor, beneficiaries or heirs have the primary right to administer the estate. A referral can be made to the PGT when there is no one willing or able to administer the estate.

It is a digital ID that protects your identity and makes sure no one else can access services as you. You need a BC Services Card Account to create an account with the PGT for saving draft referrals. Do not have a BC Services Card Account? Setup
You do not need an account to send the PGT a referral. If you want to pause while drafting a referral and come back to it later, you need an account.
A draft referral is available for up to 14 days before it is deleted.
